Really a nice campground with access to great trails and the lake.

Big bear is a motorsports lake that's generally pretty warm and the sites on the first loop are nicely maintained, but a bit less wooded than the northernmost sites up bear lake road.

We camp here and hike here frequently. If you're staying, be sure to walk across the road to the beaver dams.

Many options for wildlife viewing and close enough to Lewistion or Vienna Corners if you need ice or libations.

Great place. Many sites are right on the water. Two separate loops. Lots of trees, some sites are very private. Pretty Lake, not too far from Gaylord for night life, dining or shopping. I will be staying here.
