Personally me and my family love to fish, whenever we go camping we enjoy this activity. We came here and enjoyed the pool and such (very nice) until my brother wanted to go fishing; it was a disaster. He fished off the dock (very bad fishing) and then we rented a boat to fish on. The muck was so thick we couldn't go out onto the "lake", which was very small and was NOT a lake but a pond. We only got about 8 ft away from the dock until we had to turn around and come back in which we were forcefully pulled back by the current because their boats have no anchors.

I would have to say Sequoia is a great campground. They have lots of events during the summer for whole family. The campground is very well cleaned. They have lots of trails and wild life to watch. The Bathhouse got renovated last summer. The bathhouse and pool are very well kept clean. I wouldn't camp anywhere else.

Very nice and very clean campground! Bath house could use a mirror. Lake needs to be drudged to clear out lilly pads. Outside of that this campground has the friendliest people ever. The trails are a blast. If you like a family atmosphere this is the place for you. If you like to fish it's not!
