Little Brevort Lake is a sweet 20-site campground on a pretty inland lake. There may not be a lot of privacy between some of the sites, but there are some great sites, and it's usually very quiet and rarely full. SwitchbackRidge Pathway offers a great hiking experience and the lake itself is undeveloped.
Little Brevort Lake-South has been closed in 2009, due to state budget cuts, so the North unit may be more busy (and full) than usual.
