If you use the directions from the DNR website, it is very easy to find. Shouldn't be that hard. It is a very nice place to go.

Don't try to find this campground coming from the west! The roads were the worst we had been on in our entire week long trip to the U.P. There no signs of any kind to the camp, and even road signs are almost non existent. By our maps we had to be within only a couple of miles of the camp and when we asked a couple of the young locals to help us they sent us off on a wild goose chase totally in the wrong direction. We spent the night parked off a two track, and the next day we came home cutting our vacation short by two days.
