Columbine is tucked into the canyon of the same name that angles southward from the Hwy 38 entrance, this campground has Columbine Creek passing through it bordering many of the sites & which provides enough "white noise" to mask any but the loudest of hwy noise. A hiking trail begins at the farthest end of the loop which connects to other trails in the Red River area. There are a wide variety of sites: pull through, back-in, large & small.
