Made a day trip here this weekend. The park is great. I will be planing on going back for a camping trip. There is a 1.75 mile Nature Trail that was beautiful. Some of the stairs on the trail are deteriorating, but the bridges are in good shape. In the day use area there are picnic tables and grills.

I’m a tent camper by nature, and usually avoid large developed campgrounds, but I liked Calhoun Falls campground. This is the best designed campground I have ever seen. RV campers will enjoy this one!

The walk-in tent sites were outstanding. Water spigots were centrally located and a clean vault toilet was close enough to be convenient. All tent sites except one are right on the water.

Tents, RV's and campers. This ia a place for all to enjoy!
