I hiked this trail on Saturday March 3, 2012. The night before tornados ripped through this area. The storms made the river waters rise to 3000 which allowed kayakers to take the plunge on ths great blue ski, sunny morning. Martha's Falls is a newly renovated trail that was vey well maintained and descends to the canyon floor. I would consider this hiking streneous do to the verticle drops down. Rock climbing was necessary to get to the canyon floor.
