A three-mile loop rated black or difficult. It's got lots of rocky step-ups and drop offs and quite a few short climbs. Overall it's a good hike and quite capable of getting your heart rate up.

If you only have time to hike one trail in Palmer Park, this is a cool one to do. Lots and lots and lots of technical sections combined with the occasional easy walk-nature hike section. Despite the technical stuff, I find it easier than both Templeton Trail and Edna Mae Bennett. Not as much climbing as either of those trails, but yet a good cardio workout. A really fun hike.
