We just hiked this one this morning-the Manitou portion of the trail. Head up Ruxton Ave until you'd veer off to the right to head to the Incline and Cog Railroad. The start of the trail is on the left-hand side of the road.
There's a nice, decent, half-mile or so climb involved at first, before the trail levels out into a nice, leisurely hike.
Eventually, you'll come to an unmarked dirt road. This is Pawnee. Take a left and head downhill. Just when you start thinking that you've gone the wrong way, you'll come upon South Side Street. Go right and pick the trail back up.
Again, you'll come out onto a street. Head up what looks like a private drive (it's actually a small street.) Eventually you'll come to Oklahoma. Look to your right and notice a sign that say's "Tot Lot." The trail picks back up at the tot lot and meanders along until it exits into the cemetary.
Paul Intemann has a good bit of climbing and descending, with lots of loose gravel and rocks, so watch your ankles. I did it in a pair of Teva's, so it's not extremely difficult, and the trail offers some great scenery and views of Manitou.
All in all, a fun little hike.
