The LBESF is a great park with lots of variety. The Florida Trail runs more or less east-west, the Flagler Trail runs north-south and there are even awesome mountain biking trails. There are also several primitive campsites. The Econolochatchee River for which the forest is named is definitely the main attraction with scenic overlooks on tall sand bluffs, and many places to take a swim. Definitely worth a visit!
