The main trail is about a 5 mile loop well-maintained by a bicycle group. Signs direct cyclists to go counterclockwise and walkers to go clockwise. The trail is pleasant, mostly through woods.

A map of the park and trails is available at

Print the map before you get there and carry it with you. Maps on the park signs do not show roads or trails.

There are color coded trails for cyclists. Since walkers go in the opposite direction to cyclists, the signs only show walkers what trail they have been on.
