Description

This is a very steep trail that takes you to the top of Mount Pisgah. It is fairly strenuous. There is a viewing platform at the top and the view is spectacular. On a clear day you can see the neighboring cities of Asheville, Canton, and Waynesville.

This was an excellent trail. It goes up to the mountain top where there is a 360 degree view of the area. The ground is very rocky and is steep at times. Large stones have been carefully placed along the steeper areas creating a staircase. The peak has a wooden platform to stand, sit, or have a lunch on. Highly recommended.
