Section G of the Pacific Crest Trail in Oregon runs 51.7 miles from Highway 35 near Barlow Pass to Interstate 84 at Bridge of the Gods, which is the Oregon/Washington Border. Other parts also offer views of Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Ranier, and Mt. Adams. This section passes the majestically beautiful Mt. Hood, and later on there is an opportunity to take the beautiful Eagle Creek Trail as an alternate route.
Along the way this section of the trail passes Government Camp, OR; Timberline Ski Area, Timberline Lodge, OR; Little Zigzag River; a split in the trail where the PCT turns into two routes; Lost Creek; Scout Camp after Sandy River; Ramona Falls; Preachers/Devils saddle; Larch Mountain Road 2030; Indian Springs Campground; Whaturn Lake Campground; Teakettle Spring; and Cascade Locks, OR.
