False Cape Natural Area Preserve is a one-by-six mile stretch of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay. This is a home to many state-rare plants and animals with two-dozen rare species having been found here. Activities here include hiking, biking and camping.

Awesome place with private beach looking out towards the bay. I love going there and it's only a bike ride away from Virginia beach board walk.
