A beautiful campground and awesome park surroundings, plus convenient to the town of Estes Park. The numerous park rules and ambitious Park Rangers take some of the fun away. Dogs are allowed in the campground, but park rules are unfriendly to them. (Dogs aren't allowed on trails, etc.) RV'ers will like Aspenglen (although no hook-ups) because, unlike tent campers, they won't have to shuttle everything back-and-forth to their car or a bear box. But, if you don't mind strict rules, you'll like it here.
