This is the place I go to get miles in between hikes. Some say the loop around the reservoir is 3 1/3 miles (5K), but I've only been able to track 2 3/4 miles. So, it's probably in between, about 3 miles. It's flat and completely encompasses the reservoir. There are 3 main entry points, all are uphill, on to the track, however, on the north side is a set of steps (approximate 60 stairs in all) which can be used to get elevation changes in. It's a great place in the early morning or evenings to get the muscles moving in prep for a bigger hike.... when you can't get out of town.
